After 4 years working within the community with a local non-profit, Taylor made a career shift in 2019 and joined the North Suburban Mortgage family. With a background in psychology, she offers genuine care for people and empathy during what is sometimes an overwhelming process. Taylor thrives in the details and operates creatively so you can know your loan will be looked at with the utmost care and all options will be considered.

Tyler joined North Suburban Mortgage following in the footsteps of his Grandfather (Founder Darrell Lewis), mother (Production Manager Marna), and wife Haylee Deines. Tyler brings experience from the non-profit world, where he oversaw the development of several teenage mentoring programs in the Broomfield/ Thornton Area. Passionate about helping people and making a difference, Tyler is committed to creatively and diligently working with you on your home buying dreams, and also giving back through donating to the local community.

Rebecca joined the North Suburban Mortgage team after leading the Human Resources team for a local restaurant group, with over ten years in the hospitality industry. This translates into the highest level of service for her clients and being a champion for her clients’ success. She prides herself on providing creative solutions with the utmost attention to detail. Her fulfillment in life comes from helping people make their dreams a reality, which is why she entered the mortgage industry. Ashley started in the Mortgage Industry as a part time job while attending college.  Little did she know she would spend the next 14 years with the same company in various positions including Auditor, Closer, Adverse, and now Loan Officer.  After hearing glowing reviews about North Suburban Mortgage, Ashley was eager to join the team and contribute her skills and expertise.
